Here you will find a magnificent cork tree that creates a shaded area with its dense canopy. In this space, there is a very comfortable hammock with an original hand-woven sheet from Colombia. Here, you can relax or sunbathe during the warm summer afternoons. The courtyard is completely fenced and can accommodate your pet without the risk of them running away. ➡︎ GROUND FLOOR ENTRANCE ✔︎ The house's entrance, which is very bright due to a glass door, is protected by a latest generation armored door, offering you maximum security in an already peaceful location. Next to the door, you will find a key box with a secret code. ✔︎ Once you pass through the front door, you enter the bright foyer of the house, which is air conditioned and heated depending on the season. Here, you'll find a bright workspace with a desk and a chair, which is useful for those who need to work during their stay while taking advantage of the ultra-fast Wifi (Wind fiber) in the house. ✔︎ Through a sliding glass door, you enter the sleeping area. This 14 m2 suite is very cozy and bright and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable 140 x 190 cm French double bed with fresh and clean colorful cotton sheets and a quilt / duvet depending on the period. The room has a wardrobe for your personal belongings, a full-length mirror, an air conditioning unit with a reverse cycle for cool in summer and warm in the colder periods. A window with an adjustable shutter for light or complete darkness. Bedroom number 1 is completed with two sets of full towels (one large shower 150x100 a face towel and one bidet). ➡︎ BATHROOM NUMBER 1 ✔︎ Leaving bedroom number 1, on the left, you will find bathroom number 1. This is the best you can ask for in a house, even if it's in the countryside. A very bright bathroom with even two large windows overlooking the private garden. It features a modern-style cabinet with a quality material sink, two large custom compartments to store your personal accessories and a very large mirror. In the bathroom, you will find a modern toilet and bidet and a Jacuzzi tub covered by a stone wall. Bathroom number 1 is completed with a wall towel warmer, a Welcome Kit made in Italy, and accessories like a hairdryer and toilet paper. ➡︎ BEDROOM NUMBER 2 about 12 m2, with 2 single beds fitted with colorful cotton sheets and a warm quilt. The room has a very large wardrobe where you can store your belongings during your stay. It comes with two sets of complete towels (one large shower towel 150x100, a face towel, and a bidet towel). From room number 2, you can access the private garden through a glass door equipped with a wooden shutter. ➡︎ DINING ROOM ✔︎ From the foyer, you descend via an internal staircase to the large air-conditioned and heated open space of approximately 40 m2, where you will find a large dining room for 6 people. Here, a Calligaris extendable glass table will be your support point during your meals. Illuminated by light entering through the windows. ➡︎ LIVING ROOM ✔︎ Still in the open space, there is a large sofa with a chaise longue where you can relax while reading a book or watching a movie on Netflix (subscription included for our guests) on the large 65" smart TV. ➡︎ KITCHEN ✔︎ Completing the open space is a modern brand-name kitchen equipped with the latest generation accessories, a high-quality material worktop, an induction hob, a microwave, a classic oven, a refrigerator, and a freezer. In the kitchen, in addition to double LED lighting, you will find all the accessories for cooking delicious dishes and wine glasses (to enjoy with your friends what you will find as a welcome gift). It has a queen-size bed and comes with two sets of full towels (one large shower 150x100 a face towel and one bidet). ➡︎ BATHROOM NUMBER 2 ✔︎ The semi-basement floor is completed by a small bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. In the bathroom, there is a free Welcome Kit made in Italy for 2 people (soap, shower gel) of excellent quality. ➡︎ GARDEN Through a staircase, you access the large fenced outdoor area of approximately 200 m2. Here, you will find a charcoal barbecue, a jacuzzi-type pool, a relaxation area with a garden sofa and armchairs, and a patio where you can dine during the beautiful summer evenings. ★ ★ ★ We are pleased to inform you that the house will be fully at your disposal from 15:00 on the day of your arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. You are free to use all rooms in the house, with the exception of the staff's private room, which is marked with a sticker on the door and where entry is not permitted. The rooms will be prepared and left open according to the number of guests. Our rooms are double, so if you wish to have two separate rooms instead of one, we ask you to make this request explicitly when booking, so we can calculate the additional cost for laundry. "The garden, including the barbecue area and the jacuzzi pool, are at your disposal respecting some important rules. Access to the pool is exclusively reserved for guests booking a stay of at least two nights. The use of the hot tub is allowed between 09:00 and 13:00 and between 16:00 and 22:00. We kindly ask you not to turn on the hot tub motor during rest hours out of respect for other guests."
