Booking Confirmation Policy
Submitting a booking request does not constitute an automatic confirmation.
The reservation will be considered confirmed only upon fulfillment of the following conditions:
The guest will receive direct communication from the property manager, including payment instructions.
The guest must complete the payment according to the provided instructions.
The guest must send proof of payment within the specified time frame.
Only after the payment has been verified by the property, the reservation will be considered final.
If payment and confirmation are not completed, the request will be automatically canceled with no further obligation from the property.
